隔姜灸治疗虚寒型胃痛疗效观察

目的：观察隔姜灸治疗虚寒型胃痛的疗效。方法：将70例虚寒型胃痛患者随机分为治疗组（35例）和对照组（35例），对照组给予服用黄芪建中汤，治疗组在此基础上采用隔姜灸疗法于神阙、中脘、双足三里穴，均连续治疗10天评价疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），NRS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：隔姜灸治疗虚寒型胃痛疗效显著，能明显缓解疼痛等不适症状。

Efficacy Observation on Ginger Moxibustion Treating Insufficiency-cold Stomachache

Objective：To observe the curative effect of ginger moxibustion treating insufficiency-cold stomachache. Methods： 70 cases of patients with insufficiency-cold stomachache were randomly divided into treatment group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）, control group treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction, treatment group with ginger moxibustion on Shenque, Zhongwan, Zusanli of both sides based on the treatment of con-trol group, to evaluate curative effect of the two groups after continue treatment of 10 days. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and NRS score was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Ginger moxibustion treating insufficiency-cold stomachache has significant effect, which can obviously relieve the pain and other symptoms.
