| 摘 要： | 腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病、多发病，针灸治疗效果确切，但其作用机理尚未完全明确。本文整理近十年针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症作用机理的文献，总结针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症可能的作用机理，为针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Lumbar disc herniation is the clinical common and frequently occurring disease, acupuncture treatment has exact effect, but its mechanism is not completely clear. This paper systemizes literature of functional mechanism of acupuncture treating lumbar disc herniation in recent ten years, and summarizes the possible mechanism of lumbar disc herniation treated with acupuncture, providing a theoretical basis for acupuncture treating lumbar disc herniation. |
