加味补阳还五汤合康复训练治疗脑梗死痉挛期的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察加味补阳还五汤合康复训练治疗脑梗死痉挛期的疗效。方法:50例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均采取常规药物和康复训练,治疗组另用加味补阳还五汤,观察两组患者肢体运动功能及痉挛情况。结果:治疗后两组FMA、MBI评分及Ashworth痉挛评级均优于治疗前(P〈0.05),且治疗后治疗组MBI、FMA评分均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:加味补阳还五汤合康复训练可改善脑梗死痉挛期患者的肢体运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the curative effects of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation training on cerebral infarc-tion of spastic period. Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both groups adopted conventional medi-cine and rehabilitation training, and treatment group with Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction, to observe the motor function and spasm situation of two groups. Results:FMA and MBI score and Ashworth spasticity rating of the two groups after treatment were all better than those before treatment (P〈0.05), and MBI and FMA score of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Jia-wei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation training can improve motor function of patients with cerebral infarction of spastic peri-od, and improve the daily living activities ability.
