玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床观察

目的：观察玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果.方法：50例干眼症患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼,每次1滴,一日6次,治疗1月,统计疗效.结果：玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的显效和有效率分别为64%和88%,无明显不良反应发生.结论：玻璃酸钠滴眼液的保水和润滑作用,可缓解干眼症症状,临床疗效明显,适合基层医院使用.

Objective：Observes the hyaluronic acid sodium drop eye fluid to treat xerophthalmia the clinical effect. Methods：50 example xerophthalrole patient uses the hyaluronic acid sodium drop eye bubble eye, each time 1 drop, on first 6 times, treatment in January, statistical curative effect. Results, The hyaluronic acid sodium drop eye fluid treats xerophthalmia the appearance and effectiveness respectively is 64 % and 88% ,not good respon- ded not ohviously occurs. Conclusion： The hyaluronic acid sodium drop eye fluid guarantees the water and the lubrication, may alleviate xerophthalmia symptom,the clinical curative effect is obvious,suits the basic unit hospital use.
