经三联疗法治疗后幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎中医辨证分型

目的：通过对经三联疗法治疗后的幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎（HPAG）患者进行辨证分型,探讨HPAG患者经标准三联治疗后中医证型分布规律,指导中医药的后续治疗.方法：将符合纳入标准的HPAG患者按三联疗法标准方案予抗幽门螺杆菌（HP）治疗,7天为1疗程.在治疗结束后进行中医辨证分型.结果：HPAG患者经三联疗法治疗后,脾胃虚弱型占40.6%,脾胃湿热型占19.8%,肝胃不和型占10.4%.胃阴亏虚型占8.3%,脾胃虚寒型占6.3%,胃络瘀血型占5.2%,其他占9.4%.
