腰椎间盘突出症急性期综合康复治疗疗效观察

目的：分析急性期腰椎间盘突出症综合康复治疗的疗效.方法：60例急性腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组各30例,观察组采用综合康复治疗,对照组采用常规治疗.结果：3周后,观察组治愈率及治愈好转率明显高于对照组（63.3%、93.3%与43.3%、66.7%,均P〈0.05）.结论：综合康复治疗对急性腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效.

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment of Herniated Lumbar Disc at Acute Stage

Objective： To analyze the curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of herniated lumbar disc at acute stage. Methods：60 patients with the acute herniated lumbar disc were randomly divided into 2 Groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation. 30 patients in the control group were treated by routine treatment. Results：After 3 weeks, the cure rate and improvement rate of the treatment group were much higher than the rates of the control group （63.3 %, 93.3 % and 43.3 %, 66.7 % ; both P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment was an effective therapy in treating acate herniated lumbar disc.
