臂丛麻醉下手法松解术配合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床观察

目的：观察臂丛神经麻醉下肩关节松解术配合推拿手法治疗肩周炎的疗效.方法：34例患肩周炎的患者在臂丛麻醉下通过手法松解关节粘连,术后配合推拿治疗.结果：大多数患者经治疗后效果满意,病情明显改善.结论：采用臂丛麻醉下进行肩关节炎的治疗,病人痛苦小,疗效确切,值得推广.

Methods： 34 examples contract the bursitis in shoulder the patient under an arm clump of anaesthesia through the technique loese solution joint adhesion,after the tectmique coordinates the massage treatment. Results：The majority patients the effect are satisfied after the treatment,condition distinct improvement. Conclusion：Uses under an arm clump of anaesthesia to carry on the shoulder arthritis the treatment,the patient pain is small,the curative effect is accurate,is worth promoting.
