老年肺结核合并肺癌119例临床分析

目的：探讨老年肺结核合并肺癌的临床特点,以提高诊疗水平.方法：回顾性分析2006.11-2009.12我院收治的119例老年肺结核合并肺癌的临床特点进行归纳分析.结果：患者平均年龄为63.4岁,以男性吸烟病例多见占73.1%.部分病例症状不典型,主要表现为刺激性咳嗽、间断性咯血、固定性胸痛、进行性胸闷气急及发热等特点.影像学表现为肺结核病灶与团块并存,部分病例为原发肺结核病变基础上出现团块或结节状阴影,其影像学特点及病变位置呈混合多态性阴影.结论：老年肺结核合并肺癌,因临床表现不典型,症状可相互重叠、交叉、掩盖、混淆.肺部影像学表现也是复杂多样,因此,必须高度警惕老年肺结核与肺癌并存,尽力做到早发现、早诊断以免延误治疗.
