推拿治疗上臂外侧疼痛为主的神经根型颈椎病的研究

目的：通过推拿治疗以上臂外侧疼痛为主的神经根型颈椎病,探讨以上臂外侧疼痛为主的神经根型颈椎病可能的发病机理 方法：以上臂外侧疼痛为主的神经根型颈椎病患者按区组随机和单盲法分成：牵引组（对照组）40例、推拿治疗组40例进行治疗 结果：牵引组（对照组）：治愈：12例 好转：21例 未愈：7例 显效率：82.5%.推拿治疗组：治愈：18例 好转：20例 未愈：2例 显效率：95%.两组的显效率比较：推拿治疗组优于牵引组.2组分别进行治疗前、后McGi11疼痛评分分值的比较,显示治疗前2组的疼痛分值之间差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后2组的疼痛分值之间差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组治疗后的McGi11评分与对照组治疗后的McGi11评分比较有显著性差异（ P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组.结论：在颈椎间盘退变的基础上,颈神经后支、肩胛背神经受卡压,小圆肌缺血受损伤的共同作用下引发上臂外侧疼痛为主的神经根型颈椎病的疼痛,有针对性地对患者的颈、肩、背上可触诊到的痛点进行手法松解、关节复位,就可以使疼痛、肌肉痉挛、小关节错位、神经卡压的恶性循环打破,消除症状.
