超激光治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的临床疗效观察

目的： 跟骨骨刺是临床上的常见病,增生的骨刺压迫血管神经,可导致脚部剧痛,行走困难,严重影响患者的生活质量,本研究探讨超激光治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的临床疗效.方法： 选择诊断明确的22例跟骨骨刺患者,使用超激光疼痛治疗仪SUPPER LIZER HA550照射治疗治疗.治疗前后采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）.结果： 超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的总有效率为90.9%.结论： 超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗跟骨骨刺疼痛的疗效显著.
