摘    要:目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血小板的参数变化及其在临床中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月-2010年12月在蓝田县医院进行产前检查并分娩的孕妇的血小板参数,240名孕妇分成两组,一组为妊娠期糖尿病患者(GDM组112例);另一组选取同期正常妊娠妇女作为对照组(NGT组128例)。结果:GDM组的血小板计数(PLT)低于NGT组,GDM组的血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)高于NGT组。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:通过对血小板参数和血糖的联合检测,GDM患者存在血小板活化、聚集、消耗性减少及血栓倾向。对GDM的早期诊断,病情预测及早期治疗具有重要临床意义。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the platelet parameter changes of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) sufferers and its application value in clinical. Methods: Retrospective analysis of platelet parameters of pregnant women who had prenatal care and childbirth in January 2009 to December 2010 in Lantian County hospital. 240 pregnant women were divided into two groups,one group are patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(112 cases in GDM group) ;in the other group, we select some normal pregnant women in the same period with the GDM groupas a control group(128 cases in NGT group). Results:The platelet count (PLT) of GDM group are lower than the NGT group and the mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet volume distribution width (PDW) of GDM group are higher than NOT group. Those differences are statistically significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The joint analysis of the platelet parameter and blood glucose show that GDM patients have platelet activation,platelet aggregation, reduce consumption of platelet and thrombosis tendency. So it has important clinical significance with the early diagnosis of GDM, disease forecasting and early treatment.
