探讨家庭康复对小儿肌性斜颈早期干预疗效的影响

目的：探讨家庭康复对小儿肌性斜颈早期干预疗效的影响。方法：选取2016年2月~2017年8月绵阳市中心医院康复科治疗的先天性肌性斜颈一岁以内患儿140例，随机分为对照组和试验组各70例。治疗组采取规范的手法治疗（捻揉法、弹拨法和牵拉）和家庭辅助康复训练相结合，对照组仅仅采用规范的手法治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：规范的手法治疗和家庭辅助康复训练相结合对小儿肌性斜颈的痊愈和预后有着显著疗效，在早期干预中要重视家庭康复，不能忽视。

To investigate the effect of family rehabilitation on early intervention of muscular torticollis in children

o explore the effect of family-rehabilitation on early intervention of muscular torticollis in children. Methods: From February 2016 to August 2017, 140 children with congenital muscular torticollis less than one year old in our hosptial were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=70) and experimental group (n=70). The treatment group was treated with standard techniques(knead twist,plucked and pull) and family support combined with rehabititation training, while the control group was only treated with standardized manipulation,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of standardized manipulative treatment and family assisted rehabilitation training has a significant effect on the recovery and prognosis of muscular torticollis in children, and family rehabilitation should be emphasized in the early intervention, which cannot be ignored.
