通过小针刀调节颈椎曲度观察颈椎病临床疗效

目的：观察小针刀对颈椎曲度变直或反张的调节及临床疗效观察.方法：将209例颈椎病患者分为两组,其中113例颈椎病患者采用小针刀治疗,96例颈椎病患者采用牵引下整脊治疗,通过摄颈椎x线片,观察颈椎曲度变化及临床疗效.结果：通过治疗,209例颈椎病患者颈椎曲度有不同程度改善 通过VRS6级评分,209例颈椎病患者疼痛程度有不同程度改善 通过对比,小针刀组明显优于牵引组.结论：小针刀治疗通过改善颈椎病患者颈椎曲度达到治疗颈椎病目的.
