脑功能障碍治疗仪辅助治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的效果分析

摘    要:目的:观察脑功能障碍治疗仪辅助治疗脑性瘫痪患儿的效果分析.方法:将40例(年龄1-3岁)脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例,患儿均采用常规康复治疗,治疗组加用脑功能障碍治疗仪进行治疗30d,每次20min,1次/d,对照组仅进行30d的常规康复训练,分别在疗程开始与结束时采用粗大运动功能量表88项(GMFM)进行评定,婴幼儿发育量表(CDCC)的精神运动发育指数(PDI)评定患儿整体运动情况,用智能发育指数(MDI)评定患儿智能水平.结果:治疗前两组患儿GMFM-88及PDI和MDI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05).治疗30d后,治疗组与对照组GMFM-88及PDI和MDI评分与各自治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组各项指标优于对照组,显效率明显优于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:脑功能障碍治疗仪能有效提高脑瘫患儿运动能力及智能水平,在治疗脑瘫患儿,辅助脑功能治疗仪治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,值得推广.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the curative effect of magnetic therapy in cerebral palsy children. Methods:All children were treated with physical therapy,massage and so on,while those of the treatment group were added with magnetic therapy. It lasted for 30 days one time daily, 20 minutes each time. Gross motor function was evaluated with motor function measure(GMFM),global performance psychomotor development index (PDI), and intelligence was assessed with a mental development index(MDI). Clinical assessments were done at the start and after30 days, Result : No statis- tically significant differences were found in clinical assessments(GMFM--88,PDI and MDI)before treatment between 2 groups (P〉0.05). There were significant improvements of GMFM ,PDI and MDI for variation in treat period (P〈0.05). The effect of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Magnetic therapy has a better effects on the level of gross motor function and intelligence in cere- bral palsy children,so it can be an effective therapeutic technique in children with spastic CP.
