非手术方法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例疗效观察

目的：观察非手术综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法：采用牵引、手法理筋、西药治疗及中药煎服等方法治疗100例腰椎间盘突出症患者,治疗后随访6个月-12个月,观察疗效.结果：优70例,良15例,好转6例,差9例.总有效率91%,优良率85%.结论：卧床、手法理筋、中医辩证等非手术方法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者具有显著疗效.
