咽喉结核17例临床分析及诊疗

目的：根据咽喉部结核的临床表现及组织病理学分析,结合诊断治疗效果,为咽候结核患者的治疗提供借鉴.方法：对近五年来17例咽喉部结核患者在相关医院电子喉镜下进行的病理组织活检及痰涂片得以临床分析和确诊,并按照抗结核药物标准进行临床分期治疗.治疗结果：17例咽喉部结核患者,有2例失去随访,其中喉结核1例,咽结核1例.随访的15例治疗1 年后复查,1例喉结核仍有不同程度声嘶,检查见声带增厚、边缘不平,但会厌、声带、室带均正常,5例咽结核检查见咽黏膜光滑,无溃疡面、无充血肿胀.其余8例喉部检查正常.均未见复发病例.

Treatment Results： 17 examples swallow the throat tuberculosis patient,some 2 examples lose the revisit,in which throat tuberculosis 1 example, swallows the tuberculosis 1 example. After the revisit 15 examples treat for 1 year to reexamine, 1 example throat tuberculosis still had the varying degree hoarseness, the inspection sees the vocal cord accumulation, the edge is uneven, but the epiglottiS, the vocal cord, the room belt were normal, 5 examples swallowed the tuberculosis inspection to see swallow the mucous membrane to be smooth,do not have ulcer surface, do not have the hyperemia swelling. Other 8 example throat inspection normal. Has not seen the recrudescence case of illness.
