注意缺陷多动障碍常伴有运动协调障碍。目前，ADHD临床上有重要意义的共患发育性协调问题仍然被忽视，给ADHD的日常生活造成了负面影响。在过去的三十多年，ADHD的运动协调功能开始得到临床及研究者的关注。本文简单阐述了ADHD的运动协调性研究的重要性，对ADHD与运动协调障碍共患的研究进行回顾综述，以期为未来的研究提供基础。

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is often accompanied by motor coordination disorder. At present,The clini- cally significant problem of ADHD with developmental coordination was still being ignored, which had a negative impact on the daily lives of ADHD. In the past thirty years,The coordination of movement with ADHD began to get attention form clinical researchers. This paper briefly discusses the importance of motor coordination, with ADHD, and reviewed the motor coordination disorder of ADHD comorbidity studies in order to provide a basis for future research.
