| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨芪白平肺胶囊(原名金泰胶囊)对慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证模型大鼠血气分析的影响.方法 采用复合因素造模方法复制慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证大鼠模型,造模的同时分别给予芪白平肺胶囊、川芎嗪、硝苯地平.观察各组大鼠血气分析的变化.结果 芪白平肺胶囊高剂量组血气分析与正常对照组无差异,硝苯地平组血气分析与模型组无差异,川芎嗪组、芪白平肺胶囊低剂量组血气分析数值介于正常对照组与模型组之间.结论 高剂量芪白平肺胶囊可有效防治慢阻肺痰瘀阻肺证模型大鼠低氧血症的产生.川芎嗪、低剂量芪白平肺胶囊对防治低氧血症有一定疗效,但疗效不及高剂量芪白平肺胶囊.硝苯地平对防治低氧血症无疗效.
