摘    要:目的优选大蓟中黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法柳穿鱼叶苷的含量之和以及总固体得率为指标,采用正交实验法,优选提取大蓟总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果大蓟总黄酮提取的最佳处理条件为A3B3C1,即70%乙醇提取两次,第1次12倍量1 h,第2次10倍量30 min。结论优选的工艺条件可为新药研究和工业化生产提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavone in Cirsium japonicum DC..Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum extraction process by the indexes of the contents of pectolinarin with HPLC analysis and total solid matters.Results The best extraction technology was A3B3C1,that meant the raw drug materials were extracted twice,1 h for first by adding 12 times of 70% alcoho1.30 minutes for second by adding 10 times of 70% alcoho1.Conclusion The optimum extraction process condition of total flavone in Cirsium japonicum DC.provides scientific base for large production.
