| 摘 要： | 目的考查不同种、不同寄主的菟丝子及其伪品的种子蛋白差异。方法利用蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)技术鉴别菟丝子及其伪品。结果各菟丝子与伪品之间存在明显差别;南方菟丝子与菟丝子之间电泳条带差别较大;同种菟丝子,不同寄主之间亦存在一定差异。结论 PAGE可用于不同种、不同寄主菟丝子及其与伪品的鉴定与质量评价。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the difference of seed proteins of Semen Cuscutae which has different species and different host and its counterfeit.Methods The polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis(PAGE) of protein is analyzed to identify the different Semen Cuscutae and counterfeit.Results There were obvious differences between Semen Cuscutae and counterfeit;the electrophoretic band of C.australis was quite different from that of C.chinensis;there were some differences to a certain extent in Semen Cuscutae which had the same species but different host.Conclusion PAGE can be used for identification and quality evaluation in Semen Cuscutae which have different species and different host. |
