孙氏止喘消咳液药效学实验研究

目的观察孙氏止喘消咳液对3种鼠的喘咳痰及免疫力的影响。方法采用孙氏止喘消咳液和对照品分别对3种鼠给药测定豚鼠引喘潜伏期小鼠OD值及咳嗽潜伏期和2 m in内咳嗽次数小鼠支气管中酚红排泌量大鼠足跖肿胀度。结果孙氏止喘消咳液随剂量增加豚鼠引喘潜伏期延长,对氨水引起小鼠咳嗽次数有明显抑制作用,呈剂量依赖关系,随剂量增加抑制作用明显加强,明显增加气管内酚红排泌量,随剂量增加能明显加强小鼠网状内皮细胞的吞噬功能。随剂量增加,抗急性炎症作用增强。结论孙氏止喘消咳液对呼吸系统的痰、咳、喘、炎症都有明显的抑制作用,并能化痰和提高免疫功能。
