无机陶瓷膜超滤精制连花清瘟颗粒的工艺研究

摘    要:目的 在无机陶瓷膜精制连花清瘟颗粒过程中,考察不同孔径的膜对该体系的适用性,并进行膜过程优化设计.方法 以连花清瘟水提液为研究对象,测定了3种不同孔径膜及不同操作参数下对膜通量及有效成分含量的变化.结果 50 nm膜的膜通量最大,甘草酸及绿原酸转移率最高,最佳大生产过滤条件为操作压差为0.08~0.12 MPa,过滤温度50~60℃,膜面流速3.0 m/s;当过滤液浓缩到原液体积1/10时,加入相同体积的水,有效成分转移率达80%以上,即可结束过滤.采用强酸、强碱交替清洗,膜通量可恢复99%以上.结论 采用无机陶瓷膜超滤技术精制连花清瘟颗粒是可行的,并为陶瓷膜分离技术应用于其它中药水提液的精制提供了依据.
