| 摘 要： | 目的：观察一枝黄花煎剂对消炎痛所致大鼠胃溃疡的影响。方法：给消炎痛前2h腹腔注射一枝黄花煎剂，6h后处死动物，观察胃粘膜损伤程度。结果：实验组的溃疡得分显著低于对照组。结论：一枝黄花煎剂对消炎痛所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The effect of a dose of Goldenrod Herb to rats' gastric ulceration caused by indocin is observed.Methods:Injected a dose of Goldenrod Herb to the abdominal cavity two hours before administrating Indocin,killed rats after six hours,then observed the degree of gastric mucosa lesions.Results:Marks of the experimental group were lower than the comparing group significantly.Conclusion:A dose of Goldenrod Herb has good protection to the rats' gastric mucosa lesions caused by Indocin. |
