骨质增生祛痛膏化淤消炎作用的实验研究

目的研究骨质增生祛痛膏的抗炎作用及对血淤动物模型血液流变学的影响。方法采用多种急性、慢性炎症动物模型:巴豆油致炎液导致的小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型,蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀模型以及琼脂造成的大鼠肉芽肿模型,观察骨质增生祛痛膏对炎症和肿胀的化淤消炎作用。结果骨质增生祛痛膏对巴豆油致炎液所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀、蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀、醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及琼脂所致的大鼠肉芽肿形成均具有明显的抑制作用;能明显降低琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿慢性炎症的全血高、中、低切黏度,改善损伤组织的血液供应,促进炎症的吸收。结论骨质增生祛痛膏具有明显的抗炎和活血化淤作用。

Experimental Studies on Removing Stasis and Anti -inflammation Actions of Guzhizengshengqutong Ointment

Objective To study the anti - inflammatory and the relieving swelling actions of Guzhizengshengqutong Ointment and its effects on the hemorheology in animals with blood stasis. Methods Several of acute and chronic inflammation were used respectively and removing stasis and anti - inflammation actions of Guzengshengqutong Ointment were observed. These animal models included the swelling models of mouse ears induced by croton oil; the increase of capillary permeability models induced by HAC in mice ; the oedema models of rat hind paw induced by egg white, and the granulaoma models induced by agar. Results The swelling of mouse ears included by croton oil, the oedema of rat hind paw induced significantly by egg white, the granulaoma induced significantly by agar and the increase of capillary permeability induced by HAC in mice could be suppressed . The high, middle and low whole blood viscosity of the granulomatous rat induced by agar depressed significantly by Guzengshengqutong Ointment. The blood supply of the scathing tissue could be ameliorated significantly and the absorption of inflammation could be promoted significantly by Guzengshengqutong Ointment. Conclusion Guzhizengshengqutong Ointment has antiphlogistic functions, the subsidence of a swelling and absorbing clots.
