| 摘 要： | 评述了重症药物蓄意中毒患者合并急性肾功能不全的诊疗经验。采用个体化血液透析与综合治疗。经治疗病情好转,症状逐渐消失,尿量增多后达正常,血尿素氮、血肌酐分别下降至正常或接近正常。及时恰当透析、综合治疗重症药物蓄意中毒患者合并急性肾功能衰竭取得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Diagnosis and therapy experience of serious drug deliberate self-poisoning patient with acute renal insufficiency are reviewed in the article.Recommendation regarding type of dialysis must be individualized.Comprehensive treatment was used.After dialysis and comprehensive treatment, the symptoms resolved gradualy,urinary outflow increased and normalized,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were lowered to normal or nearly normal respectively,improvement and recover were achieved.In time available dialysis and comrehensive treatment show a relatively good therapeutic effect for serious drug deliberate self-poisoning patient with acute renal insufficiency. |
