金橘黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的 探讨金橘黄酮的免疫功能.方法 环磷酰胺诱导小鼠免疫功能低下,予金橘黄酮,观察小鼠碳粒廓清指数K、吞噬指数a、胸腺和脾脏指数、耳肿胀度、血清溶血值(HC50)等指标的变化.结果 与模型对照组相比,金橘黄酮80 mg/kg·bw 剂量时,小鼠碳粒廓清指数K、吞噬指数a、胸腺和脾脏指数、耳肿胀度有显著提高(P< 0.05),血清溶血值(HC50)有极显著提高(P<0.01);金橘黄酮160 mg/kg·bw 剂量对全部试验参数的影响具有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 金橘黄酮对于免疫低下型小鼠的免疫功能具有一定的恢复作用.

Effect of Fortunella crassifolia Flavonoid on Immune Function of Mice

Objective To explore the effects of Fortunella crassifolia flavonoids on immune function of immunodepressed mice.Methods The immunosuppressed mice were induced by cyclophosphamide (CY) and Fortunella crassifolia flavonoid was taken orally.The immunodulatory effects were measured by clearance rate K of charcoal particles,phagocytic index a,thymus and spleen index,ear swelling degree,HC50 value and so on.Results Compared with model group,the clearance rate K of charcoal particles,phagocytic index a,thymus and spleen index and ear swelling degree of 80 mg/kg·bw Fortunella crassifolia flavonoid dose group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and a very significant effect (P<0.01) was made to the HC50 value at this dose.While the dose was increased to 160 mg/kg·bw,all of the experimental parameters showed extremely significant improvements (P<0.01).Conclusion Fortunella mrassifolia flavonoid can partly rejuvenate the immune reactivity of the immunosuppressed mice.
