| 摘 要： | 目的 比较3种血虚小鼠模型的造模方法,寻找适宜的血虚证动物模型.方法 采用失血法、化学法及复合法制备3种血虚证模型,分别于造模后1,2,4,6,8,11d眼眶取血测定外周血象；于第11天处死小鼠后,取股骨进行骨髓有核细胞计数.结果 3种小鼠模型血细胞的变化均符合血虚证表现,外周血象降低和骨髓有核细胞数量减少.结论 3种血虚证模型造模方法各有优劣,可根据实验目的不同进行选择.
