| 摘 要： | 目的 研究玉竹多糖脱蛋白最佳方法.方法 以sevag法、三氯乙酸法、sevag新法、酶法对玉竹多糖分别进行脱蛋白处理,并将两种最佳方法结合对玉竹多糖进行脱蛋白处理.结果 以回归方程计算多糖和蛋白含量,得出玉竹多糖脱蛋白最佳工艺为:玉竹多糖溶液稀释20倍,取50 ml,10%盐酸调pH值至6.5,加入3%体积的胰蛋白酶,65℃保温6h,沸水浴5 min,4 000 r/min离心,去变性酶沉淀,再加入其体积1/5的氯仿和1/25的正丁醇,剧烈振摇20 min,离心,取水相重复操作3次,得脱蛋白液.结论 酶法与Sevag法结合,可降低多糖损失,提高蛋白质脱除率,是玉竹多糖脱蛋白的一种良好的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the optimal technologies of deproteinization from polysaccharide of Polygonatum odoratum.
