| 摘 要： | 比较天然色素与合成色素特点，列举几种天然色素及其药理作用。天然色素以其无毒害、广泛的药理作用及诸多优点，而受到日益广泛的重视、研究与应用，天然色素取代合成色素是必然的趋势。

| Abstract: | Objectives In this review, we compare the difference between synthetic organic pigment and natural pigment, at the same time we enumerate some kinds of the natural pigment and their pharmacological activities respectively. The natural pigment has been paid more attention and received more research and application recently because of its innocuity, comprehensively pharmacological function and other many advantages. It is obvious tendency that the synthetic organic pigment will be replaced by the natural one. |
