| 摘 要： | 目的探讨狗皮膏皮肤用药安全性研究。方法对家兔进行皮肤急性毒性实验、皮肤刺激性实验,对豚鼠进行皮肤过敏实验。结果狗皮膏对家兔皮肤未引起急性毒性反应和刺激性反应,对豚鼠无致敏作用。结论狗皮膏是一种安全性较好的外用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the safety of Gou-pi plaster on skin treatment. Methods The skin acute toxicity experiment and skin irritating quality experiment were carried on the rabbits;the skin sensibility experiment was carried on the guinea pigs. Results Gou-pi plaster did not cause acute toxic reaction and excitant reaction on rabbit skin,and had no sensitization effect on guinea pigs. Conclusion Gou-pi plaster has food security for external use. |
