| 摘 要： | 目的：建立清喉咽合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法，控制产品质量。方法：用薄层一比色法测定中成药清喉咽合剂中黄芩苷的含量。结果：操作简单，结果准确，平均加样回收率为96.96％，CV为0．64％。结论：可为药品质量控制提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the content of baicalin for Qinghouyan Mistura.Methods:The article reported a method of measuring baicalin content in Qinghouyan Mistura by TLC-spectrophotometry.Results:The mean value of recovery rate is 96.96%, CV=0.64%.Conclusion:The result is accurate and available for its quality control. |
