| 摘 要： | 黄连及其活性成分特别是小檗碱在体外细胞研究中具有广泛的药理活性,文章综述了近年来在抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、抗菌抗炎、神经调节等几大方面作用及机制研究进展,经过分析整理表明:进一步筛选小檗碱以外的黄连活性有效部位及如何提高小檗碱的生物利用度来充分发挥小檗碱的疗效将是今后黄连研究的重点.
