摘    要:目的 比较不同极性溶剂提取铁灯兔耳风与杏香兔耳风成分对3种常见微生物的抑菌作用.方法 采用水、70%乙醇、95%乙醇及醋酸乙酯等不同极性的溶剂提取;用管碟法测抑菌圈的大小进行抑菌实验,用两倍稀释法进行最小抑菌浓度的测定.结果 极性大的溶剂所提取出的成分对细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)有明显抑菌作用,杏香兔耳风水提取物的最小抑菌浓度为6.25%,铁灯兔耳风水提取物的最小抑菌浓度为3.13%.极性小的溶剂提取出的成分对霉菌(白色念球菌)有抑菌作用.结论 不同极性的提取物抑菌作用各不相同.

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of different polarity extracting reagents Ainsliaea macroclinidioides and A.fragrans on three kinds of common microorganisms.Methods The active substance was extracted from Ainsliaea with water,70% ethanol,95% ethanol and ethyl acetate.The inhibitory effect was determined by adopting the cup plate method.The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)was tested by double dilution method in tubes.Results The extracts from strong polarity solvent had obvious inhibitory effect on bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus),and the minimal inhibitory concentration of A.fragrans was 6.25%when it was extracted with water,A.macroclinidioides was 3.13%.The extracts from weak polarity solvent had inhibitory effect on fungus(Candida albicans).Conclusion Antibacterial effects of Ainsliaea extracts by different polarity solvent are different.
