| 摘 要： | 目的研究葛根素抗血脂作用的影响。方法采用常规抗血脂作用的方法,测定血液中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白的含量。结果葛根素能显著降低血液中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白的含量。结论葛根素具有降低小鼠血脂作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of puerarin on blood lipid of rats.Methods The content of total Cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) in blood were determined and analyzed.Results Compared with NS group,the content of TC,TG,LDL showed evidently different in NS group;Compared with NS group,the content of HDL increased evidently in puerarin groups.Conclusion Puerarin can decrease the content of TC,TG,LDL evidently,and can increase the content of HDL evidently in blood of rats. |
