| 摘 要： | 目的研究清胃散拆方中盐酸小檗碱和阿魏酸的含量及其变化规律。方法采用HPLC测定清胃散拆方中盐酸小檗碱和阿魏酸的含量。结果黄连中盐酸小檗碱的溶出与其他生药存在相互影响;而配方中各生药对阿魏酸的溶出影响较小。结论该实验结果可对该复方在临床上的合理运用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the contents and variation of berberine hydrochloride and ferulic acid in different compatibility about Qingwei San composed of Coptis chinensis Franch,Angelica sinensis(Oliv.) Diels,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch,Paeonia suffruticosa Andr and Cimicifuga foetida L.] by HPLC.Methods The contents of berberine hydrochloride and ferulic acid in different compatibility about Qingwei San were determined by HPLC.Results The other traditional medicine affected the devolution of berberine hydrochloride in coptis,but affected the devolution of ferulic acid lightly.Conclusion The result of this experiment provided reference to clinic use in reason about Qingwei San. |
