附子甘草配伍减毒增效机理探析

摘    要:以附子甘草为例,试从组分合和的角度阐述其配伍后减毒增效的机理。认为甘草酸、甘草黄酮为甘草对附子减毒增效的物质基础,其减毒机理主要表现为甘草中的酸性物质与附子中的酯型生物碱的沉淀反应,以及甘草的肾上腺皮质激素样作用;增效机理主要表现为附子与甘草中各成分间的相互作用。

Abstract:We give an example of the compatibility of Radix Aconiti Laterlis Preparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae , and try to explicate the principle of their compatibility from components interaction angle. The authors think glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic flavone are effective material foundation that Radix Glycyrrhizae increases effect and reduces ill effect of Radix Aconiti Laterlis Preparata . The reducing ill effect principel is that acid materials and alkaloids have precipitation and the adrenal cortex hormones effect of Radix Glycyrrhizae . The increasing effect is interaction of each composition of the herbs.
