摘    要:目的提取蜗牛多糖并研究其免疫学活性。方法用碱提醇沉法从江西巴蜗牛中提取多糖,通过溶血空斑实验、巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验、迟发型变态反应和小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验研究蜗牛多糖的免疫学活性。结果蜗牛多糖显著增强小鼠溶血空斑形成,提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬指数,增强小鼠迟发型变态反应,显著提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率,且有良好的量-效关系。结论蜗牛多糖能提高小鼠的非特异性和特异性细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo extract Snail polysaccharides(SP) and study their immunologic activity.MethodsPolysaccharides were extracted from Bradybaena kiangsiensis by alkali method and effects of SP on immunity were investigated by haemolytic plaque assay,macrophage function assay,delayed type hypersensitivity reaction and splenic lymphocyte transformation assay in mice.ResultsSP strikingly increased haemolytic plaque,promoted macrophage function,enhanced delayed type hypersensitivity reaction,and remarkably raised splenic lymphocyte transformation efficiency in a dose-dependent manner.ConclusionSP is able to enhance immunity.
