摘    要:目的 观察当归补血汤对高尿酸血症大鼠肾损害的影响.方法 将50只大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组、治疗低、中、高3个剂量组.模型组给予大量高尿酸饮食,造成肾损害模型,对照组给予普通饮食,治疗组给予高尿酸饮食的同时给予当归补血汤低、中、高3个治疗剂量;14 d后分别测定各组大鼠肾组织所分泌的一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性,同时测定肾组织SOD和MDA含量、治疗组与模型组比较,观察各项指标有无统计学意义.结果 与对照组相比,高尿酸血症组大鼠肾组织细胞产生的NO含量和NOS、SOD均减少,MDA升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与模型组相比较,给予当归补血汤治疗后血清尿酸(UA)水平降低,同时肾组织含量升高,MDA降低,其中中剂量组与模型组相比有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05),低剂量和高剂量组与模型组相比无统计学意义.结论 当归补血汤对高尿酸血症造成的肾损害有保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Dangguibuxuetang on the kidney function of hyperuricemic.Methods Fifty rats were divided into model group,control group and treated group(low,middle,hige dose). The model group was given large dose of hyperuricemic food to lead to the kidney harm, the control group was given normal food, treated group was given hyperuricemic food and Dangguibuxuetang (low,middle,hige dose). Fourteen days later ,both NO,NOS and SOD,MDA in kidney tiusse were dertermined,at the same time, the uric level in serum was dertermined and statistics.Results (1): Model group compared with control group,the levels of NO,NOS and SOD were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),the level of MDA was higher than control group. (2): Treated group compared with model group,the levels of NO,NOS and SOD in kidney tiusse were increased, MDA and UA were decreased,but only the data in middle dose group had statistics value(P<0.05).Conclusion Dangguibuxuetang can increase the kidney function of hyperuricemic by decrease the serum uric acid.
