摘    要:目的 系统对比研究盐附子、黑顺片、白附片3种附子加工品的生物碱含量.方法 采用常用滴定、UV、HPLC方法分别测定附子3种加工品的总生物碱,酯型生物碱,乌头碱、乌头次碱、新乌头碱等双酯型生物碱的含量.结果 盐附子同黑顺片、白附片相比,总生物碱含量下降80%~85%,酯型生物碱下降70%~85%,乌头碱等等双酯型生物碱下降90%以上,其中乌头碱下降92%以上.结论 在生物碱含量方面,盐附子与黑顺片、白附片有显著差异,后二者差异较小.建议新版药典单列盐附子质量控制标准.

Abstract:Objective To research alkanoid contents in 3 kinds of prepared Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata:salty Aconiti Root,black slice of Aconiti Root,white slice of Aconiti Root.Methods Normal titration method,UV,HPLC were used to determine the total alkanoid,ester-alkanoid,double-ester alkanoid involved aconitine,hypaconitine,mesaaconition.Results Compared with black slice of Aconiti Root and white slice of Aconiti Root,the total alkanoid declined 80%~85% ester-alkanoid declined 70%~85%,double-ester alkanoid declined over 90% in salty Acontit Root.Conclusion In term of alkanoid, there is significant difference between Salty Aconiti Root and black slice of Aconiti Root,white slice of Aconiti Root.Black slice of Aconiti Root is similar with white slice of Aconiti Root in alkanoid content.It is recommended that salty Aconiti Root is unilined in new edition Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
