不同产地枸杞中β-胡萝卜素的含量及其抗氧化活性研究

目的测定不同产地枸杞中β-胡萝卜素的含量,并对提取的β-胡萝卜素进行抗氧化活性的研究。方法以β-胡萝卜素为标准品,紫外分光光度法对不同产地枸杞中β-胡萝卜素的含量进行了检测,并对含量测定方法进行稳定性、精密度以及加样回收率实验;以清除DPPH自由基为指标测定不同产地枸杞中β-胡萝卜素的抗氧化活性。结果在所选四种产地枸杞中,宁夏中宁枸杞β-胡萝卜素的含量最高,为12.70mg/g;其对DPPH的清除率IC50值为37.2μg/ml。结论四个产地的枸杞中β-胡萝卜素的含量及清除DPPH自由基能力大小依次为:宁夏中宁枸杞>内蒙古临河枸杞>新疆精河枸杞>黑龙江大兴安岭枸杞。

Content Determination and Antioxidant Activity of β-carotene in Lycium barbarum L. from Different Regions

Objective To determine the β-carotene content and antioxidant activity of Lycium barbarum L.in different regions. Methods With β-carotene as a reference,the content of β-carotene in Lycium barbarum L.from different regions were determined by UV spectrophotometry,and experiments of stability,precision,sample recovery about the methods were done.The inhibitory rate of DPPH scavenging activity was analyzed for Lycium barbarum L.in four regions. Results The content of β-carotene in Zhongning’s lyceum in Ningxia province was the highest among those from the four different regions,its average β-carotene content was 12.70mg/g;and the inhibitory rate of DPPH was the highest in Zhongning’s Lycium barbarum L.,its average IC50 was 37.2μg/mL. Conclusion The content and DPPH scavenging ability of β-carotene of Lycium barbarum L.in different regions is :Ningxia Zhongning >Nei Menggu Linhe >Xinjiang Jinghe >Hei Longjing Daxinanling.
