| 摘 要： | 目的研究漏芦水提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法以D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠为研究对象,灌服漏芦水提取物40 d,比色分析法测定小鼠脑组织中一氧化氮合酶(n itric oxide synthase,NOS)的活性及一氧化氮(n itric ox-ide,NO)、脂褐素(lipofusc in,LPO)的含量。结果漏芦水提取物能提高小鼠脑组织中NOS活性及NO含量、降低LPO含量。结论漏芦水提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠具有抗衰老作用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the antiaging effect of aqueous extract of Rhaponticum uniflorm(L.)DC.induced by D-galactose.MethodsD-galactose inducine mice aging model was used and aqueous extract of Rhaponticum uniflorm(L.)DC.was given to the mice for 30 days.The activities of NOS,and the levels of NO and LPO in the brain were measured with colorimetric method.ResultsThe results showed in that model group,the extract significantly increased the activity of NOS and the level of NO,decreased the content of LPO.ConclusionIt is suggested that the aqueous extract Rhaponticum uniflorm(L.)DC.has an anti-aging effect. |
