| 摘 要： | 综述了高效液相色谱(HPLC)法指纹图谱在中药质量控制方面的应用,并通过供试品的制备、标准品的选择、结果分析方法来阐述中药指纹图谱的应用现状,指出高效液相色谱法应用于中药指纹图谱中现有不足之处和未来的发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the application of fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine by HPLC to the quality control.It also reviewed the actuality of fingerprint in traditional Chinese medicine through the preparation for sample,the choice for standard sample,and the method of result analysis.Then pointed out the main problems at present and the prospective future in application of fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine by HPLC. |
