| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨蜂胶对小鼠抗氧化水平的影响。方法 :测定小鼠睾丸及卵巢组织过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性。结果 :蜂胶高剂量组与空白组比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,而中、低剂量组无显著性差异。结论 :蜂胶可明显提高小鼠睾丸及卵巢组织 SOD活性

| Abstract: | Objective: To do some research on th e effects of propolis on mouse's antioxidation. Methods: Assess the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the tissues of mouse's testicle and ovary. Results: There were obvious differences (P< 0.01 ) between large-dose-propolis group. Conclusion: Propolis can apparently improve the SOD activi ty of mouse's testicle and ovary tissues. |
