| 摘 要： | 目的建立盐炙补骨脂的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定盐补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。色谱条件:流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45);检测波长为246nm;流速为1.0ml.min-1;柱温为25℃。结果补骨脂素进样量在0.0814～1.6280μg(r=0.99999),异补骨脂素进样量在0.0812～1.6240μg(r=0.99999)范围内,线性关系良好。结论该法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于盐补骨脂的含量测定。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo establish the determination method of contents in salt-processed psoralea corylifolia.MethodsAn HPLC method was established for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in salt-processed psoralea corylifolia.The chromatographic conditions were as follows: mobile phase methanol-water(55∶45)column,temparature 25℃,flow rate at 1.0 ml·min-1,the detection wavelength 246 nm.ResultsThe linear relationship of psoralen was good in the range of 0.081 4～1.628 0 μg(r=0.999 99),and isopsoralen was in the range of 0.081 2～1.624 0 μg(r=0.999 99).ConclusionThe method is simple,rapid and accurate for quality control of salt-processed psoralea corylifolia. |
