桦褐孔菌挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘    要:目的分析桦褐孔菌挥发油的化学成分。方法应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)仪分析。结果分析出了34种化学成分,并鉴定出其中25种,占总重量95.6%。结论桦褐孔菌挥发油中主要成分为甾族化合物,其中以桦褐孔菌醇(35.5%)和羊毛甾醇(49.7%)为主。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the constituents of the volatile oil of Inonotus obliquus.Methods GC-MS method was used.Results Thirty-four chemical components were analyzed in which,twenty-five components were identified.Conclusion The main components of Inonotus obliquus are inotodiol(35.5%) and lanosterol(49.7%).
