通关藤化学成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘    要:目的分析通关藤化学成分的组成,为进一步研究其药理打下物质基础。方法使用气相色谱-质谱联用法在线分析。结果从通关藤石油醚萃取物中鉴定得到了22个化合物。结论气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法分析通关藤的化学成分,方法可靠,重复性高,可用于进一步研究所得化合物与药效之间的关系。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of Tongguanteng.Methods The chemical constituents were extracted from the Rhizoma of Marsdenia.tenacissima(Roxb.)Wight et Arn.,and the components were identified by GC-MS.Results Twenty two components were separated and identified.Conclusion The method is reliable and has a good repeatability.This will provide a certain scientific basis for further anti-cancer mechanism research.
