| 摘 要： | 目的探讨树舌灵芝各溶剂提取物的抗癌作用。方法采用系统溶剂法从树舌灵芝得到一系列提取物,运用MTT法研究了各提取物对体外培养的人乳癌MCF-7细胞增殖的影响。结果氯仿提取物对肿瘤细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,其余各层样品抑制作用不明显。结论树舌灵芝抗肿瘤成分可能在氯仿部分。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the in vitro antitumor action of the different extracts of different solvents from Ganoderma lipsiense.Methods All the extracts were obtained by the technology of solvent-refining,and MTT method was used to test the cytotoxicity of the extracts on breast cancer of MCF-7 cells.Results The chloroform extract showed the significant antitumor action when compared with the controls,and the others did not show obvious antitumor action.Conclusion The chloroform extract may contain antitumor components. |
