摘    要:目的找出导致鸭掌散颗粒汤剂与传统汤剂中甘草酸含量差异的原因,为鸭掌散颗粒汤剂制备提供一定的科学依据。方法对甘草酸含量测定进行方法学考察;在相同的煎煮时间条件下制备鸭掌散传统汤剂、颗粒汤剂,并测定其甘草酸含量。对实验数据进行数理统计分析。结果在相同煎煮条件下鸭掌散颗粒汤剂与传统汤剂中甘草酸含量经数理统计分析无显著差异。结论导致鸭掌散颗粒汤剂与传统汤剂甘草酸含量差异的原因是制备两种汤剂时加热时间不同而造成的。
