| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性脑梗塞患者血清MMP-9及TIMP-1变化与血瘀证的相关性.方法 对136例脑梗塞患者进行中医证候要素评分及血清MMP-9及TIMP-1测定.结果 血清MMP-9比较,血淤证组较非血淤证组显著升高(P <0.01),在脑梗塞急性期的4个时点中,血淤证患者血清MMP-9在前3 d呈升高趋势,在72h以后开始下降;血清TIMP-1比较,血淤证组与非血淤证组均无显著差异(P >0.05).血瘀证与血清MMP-9显著相关(P <0.01),与血清TIMP-1无明显相关(P >0.05).结论 血清MMP-9与血淤证呈正相关,在脑梗塞急性期前3 d呈升高趋势,72 h后下降,随着血清MMP-9升高,血淤证的程度加重,但血淤证与血清TIMP-1无明显相关. |
