黄芪活性成分最佳提取工艺探讨

目的：探讨黄芪活性成分最佳提取工艺。方法：用两种方法提取制备黄芪皂苷和黄芪多糖，比色法分别测定其含量。结果：80％乙醇制备的黄芪提取物（皂苷）粉末含皂苷较多，采用90％乙醇提取后的药材再提多糖，含量较80％乙醇提取后的高；冻干多糖粉末质地、色泽、水溶性较好。结论：黄芪药材用90％提取皂苷后，再用冻干法制备多糖可以充分利用药材。

Technology Optimization of Extracting Activity Components from Astragalus membranaceus

Objective: To optimize the technology of extracting activity components from Astragalus membranaceus. Methods: Adopt two methods to extract Saponin and polysaccharides, determine the quantity of them with colorimetry. Results: Those extracted by 80% alcohol had more saponin and less polysaccharide than by 90% alcohol, the frozen-dried polysaccharide has good character, colour, water-solubility. Conclusion: Using 90% alcohol to extract saponin and then using freeze-dry method to produce polysaccharide is optimum for utilization of Astragalus membranaceus.
