摘    要:目的:探讨黄芪活性成分最佳提取工艺。方法:用两种方法提取制备黄芪皂苷和黄芪多糖,比色法分别测定其含量。结果:80%乙醇制备的黄芪提取物(皂苷)粉末含皂苷较多,采用90%乙醇提取后的药材再提多糖,含量较80%乙醇提取后的高;冻干多糖粉末质地、色泽、水溶性较好。结论:黄芪药材用90%提取皂苷后,再用冻干法制备多糖可以充分利用药材。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the technology of extracting activity components from Astragalus membranaceus. Methods: Adopt two methods to extract Saponin and polysaccharides, determine the quantity of them with colorimetry. Results: Those extracted by 80% alcohol had more saponin and less polysaccharide than by 90% alcohol, the frozen-dried polysaccharide has good character, colour, water-solubility. Conclusion: Using 90% alcohol to extract saponin and then using freeze-dry method to produce polysaccharide is optimum for utilization of Astragalus membranaceus.
